SHIPPING POLICY

1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and statutory holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking information.

2. SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Standard Domestic Shipping (Germany): 3 to 7 business days.
- EU Regional Shipping: 5 to 10 business days.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to logistics, carrier volume, or supplier clearance processes outside our direct control.

3. SHIPMENT TRACKING
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
SupplyAndScale is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order for deliveries outside the European Union. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
