TERMS OF SERVICE 

OVERVIEW
This website and online store ("Services") are operated by SupplyAndScale (Sole Proprietor: Amin Knauff). Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to SupplyAndScale. SupplyAndScale offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 - ACCOUNT TERMS
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country, state, or province of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

SECTION 2 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis in accordance with statutory rules.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION
The presentation of products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to place an order. By clicking the order submit button, you place a binding order for the items in your cart. Contract conclusion occurs when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation email or by dispatching the goods. 

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT
All posted prices include applicable statutory Value Added Tax (VAT), where applicable, but exclude shipping and handling charges. Payment must be processed through the provided payment methods at checkout prior to order fulfillment.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times stated during checkout are estimates based on operational conditions. Risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer upon actual delivery of the goods to the consumer or a designated recipient, pursuant to EU consumer protection law.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SupplyAndScale or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

SECTION 7 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
Consumers in the European Union have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days. Details regarding the conditions, deadlines, and procedures for exercising this right are set out in our Return and Refund Policy.

SECTION 8 - STATUTORY WARRANTY AND GUARANTEE
Statutory warranty rights (§ 437 BGB) apply to all physical goods purchased from our store. In the event of defects, consumers are entitled to statutory remedies, including supplementary performance (repair or replacement), reduction of price, or contract rescission within the statutory limitation period (24 months from delivery).

SECTION 9 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
1. We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health, as well as for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
2. In cases of slight negligence, we shall only be liable for breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations). In such cases, liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
3. Limitations of liability apply accordingly to our legal representatives, employees, and vicarious agents.
4. Liability under mandatory product liability legislation (e.g., Produkthaftungsgesetz) remains unaffected.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
1. These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer residing in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain applicable.
2. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution available at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither obligated nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

SECTION 11 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. In the event of material changes affecting existing contractual relationships, registered users will be notified in advance. Continued use after explicit confirmation of updated terms constitutes acceptance.
